Royal Sierra
Alright you bad hombres, I got a set of slot mags for my 620 and Im trying to copy the 70s look. I got 14x6s up front with 175/65-14s, but the rears are 15x8s. Not sure what size tire to go with. Any input would be neato. Quote Link to comment
sslow6twnty
235/60-15 or 245/60-15 is what the pictures look like they are running Quote Link to comment

G-Duax
Depends on the off-set of the wheel, and how much it's lowered. Not knowing the off-set will get you into a whole lot of trouble. I've been running 15x7 -15 off-set, and a 225x60 tire. now going to a 16x8 -0, with 225x40 tire. Both set-ups come out as far towards the sheet metal, and required a small amount (1/4") of fender roll. My truck had 2" lowering blocks in the rear, and about 2.5" cranked out of the front. Truer words were never spoken. Offset is everything on any vehicle that is lowered.... or otherwise. More positive offset on the rears than the fronts will make them appear to be wider. A slightly narrower tire on the front exaggerates the rear width to look even wider. Too much positive offset and it can't be lowered or there is risk of the body hitting the tires on suspension travel. Positive offset rims also throw more dirt on the body but they do widen the stance. Quote Link to comment
Royal Sierra
The rear won't be lowered. The offset is quite a bit. I'd guess around -38 or more Quote Link to comment
sebpv
you have 3in of clearance between mounting face and inner rim edge. This will push your rim out flush with the fender or.slightly out i would guess. Good thing its not being lowered. Quote Link to comment
sebpv
with 175 on your 6in wide rim you get .889in of overhang or balloon effect. If you want to accomplish this on 8in you need 225. You also have 113mm of sidewall. A 55 profile will give you 124mm. https://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp Quote Link to comment
