Diego Zuniga
I got my truck up and running and safe for what it is haha. I am ready to put a radio in it and start driving it. Right now it has a old school one from the 80s in it in the dash. My question is where do most of you guys have your radio? I know these old vehicles are not hard to get into so I don't want to be dealing with putting a new one in every few months and am more worried about them damaging my truck for a radio. Has any one got creative on a location for one? Any ideas and thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!!Pictures would be great! 1 Quote Link to comment
Draker
I would imagine the glove box would be the natural place to put it. Maybe under the seat? They make small bluetooth amps now that can power a few speakers that would conceal nicely if you don't want AM/FM/CD 1 Quote Link to comment

shacks510
People still remove their faceplates? Well, I don't put my face plate on because of a blown midrange... been meaning to replace them. Driving without something playing in the background is pretty miserable. No interior doesn't help. 1 Quote Link to comment
95silvia
I found a Bluetooth speaker that fits between the bottom of the dash and the heater and plays off my phone https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/91hUbR7bS0L._SL1500_.jpg 1 Quote Link to comment
paradime
Haven't listened to the radio for years. Leave the POS 80s headset in the dash, then use your phone to play itune, Soundcloud, Mixcloud, youtube, even play digital radio stations for free. Mount a Kenwood KAC-M1824BT under the passenger seat, run your speaker wires and done. Quote Link to comment
