Banzai510, My "200" is speculative, based on airflow.  You can get an aftermarket intake for the Weber that flows better.  Yes port work, cam, etc... is all necessary to reach that "miracle" number, and it would be a time bomb, but its theoretically possible.  The cam lift should be chosen by the airflow numbers from your head - so you can optimize its strengths.  For a bone stock head, generally a 270 split pattern grind.  Typically bowl work and port clean-up with raised compression a 280-ish grind.

Keep in mind my Bonneville build is "theoretically" capable of 331 hp, but will never get there without a turbo.  That said, a 38/38 could streetably support 145-150 hp at the crank, resultant of a solid engine build.

As for a cam for your  motor, call Schneider.  I had them custom grind my specs to a cam for the Bonneville truck.  In fact, they had what was probably the last unground cam blank on the planet, and it turns out my grind pattern nearly matches the pattern on the 6 cylinder Datsun 240 that owns its class record by nearly 10 mph (ground by Schneider, built by Rebello).

I learned one very important thing here.  Z-train does everything that he accuses others of.  When it comes to assumptions, he's chock full of false ones, and he never answered any of my specific questions to prove me wrong.
