So I set it up and layed some beads Outer beads are with chart settings. Inner welds are with slower wire speed. Welding rig... Complete. skyblue Posted November 20, 2015 Author Report Share Posted November 20, 2015 In tonight's welding class I welded up a cracked baffle on busta nuts oil pan. Not the prettiest, but it's fixed. Also practicing spot welds on some 22 ga. sheet metal. For when I dive into this beauty. Man that shit warps easily. Also, we learned how to TIG aluminum. Pretty awesome. Took a stab at it. First try. Not very pretty. Second try. Getting better. Third try. Looks so much better. 9 Quote Link to comment
