New Member Help, is this a good value?

Hey all, I'm new here and my quest for a second truck has brought me to shop for a Nissan 720.  I live in a mountainous area and find myself very frequently in the hills shuttling for mountain biking, skiing, and shooting quite frequently and my 2WD Tacoma although it has been an amazing work commuter isn't cutting it.  Would you mind taking a look at this truck and telling me if you think its a good buy?  I know the things to look for are water damage around the windows and in the carpet, transfer case noise, and non working electrical gauges but can you all think of anything else?

Thanks!

Matt

It's got Scooby Doo floormats! GET IT! They increase the value immensly! LOL...

But seriously, it does look nice. Go check it out THOUROUGHLY. If you don't know what to look for, take it to a mechanic who does. Give it a road test. If you still like it,  bargain with him, talk him down from that $3200.

says it was rebuilt 5200 miles ago, rebuilt how? by a shop or in his back yard? not saying you cant do good work in your back yard but if it was a shop does it have a warranty? is it transferable? i have had several 4x4 720 and they were all super dependable. the z2.4 is a low end torque monster perfect for wheelin but runs out of poop above like 4000 rpm so dont expect to hot rod it.
