So which cab to which frame? And if going through the hassle, why not put it on a 79 frame? There is a lot of legalities also by swapping frames with cabs. And being in Cali-they'll get ya. If it was for emissions its not going to help him as it will still be registered as a '77. As for if they will fit. Yes. Nothing is different. Most changes where made in '78.
