Well finally formed today.. I am quite pleased,  but.....I think it needs to made frma thicker plastic... this is what we had in stock, so it was basically free.

I am going to modify my mold a bit and make the coin tray area deeper and a little more "clean" looking & use a heavier plastic.   

 

Now on the bumpers (when I finish) will be made of clear .177 polycarbonate.  I am working 6 days a week. 

 

Hopefully this winter we will slow down enough so I can have time for myself  and others  :)  and get some of my projects finished.

Ok one problem there buddy... this one here is a one off, for my car, could be for others I guess.    I have a "Z" car shifter rod  in my Fs5w63A trans, which makes my  shift boot opening sit back further that the stock opening.  I will have to make individual "stock sizes" for eache vehicle.. which will not be a problem.

 

I think I have access to a 620 console..for a pattern..
