]2eDeYe
Get the weight on the truck first then figure out the spring packs. You may end up playing with them a few times after driving and wheeling the truck anyways. Quote Link to comment

]2eDeYe
Don't forget to anchor that upper hole on the steering box :) And plate that opening at the body mount, that leaf spring mount will see a lot of twisting. 1 Quote Link to comment

ratsun73
it was a pain to get those tires to bead up, i had to use 2 ratchet straps to get them to seat, fortunately we had a tire machine which made getting them off and on easier. The next step is a fuel pump and oil pressure sender so i can start it... 2 Quote Link to comment
q-tip
Yeah, those boggers are stiff, hard to seat the bead is hard to debead! 2 Quote Link to comment
ratsun73
so i might have a lead to a dana 44 out of an isuzu with disk bakes. is this a good idea or should i just go to a toyota? 1 Quote Link to comment
q-tip
Depends on what you want to do with wheels. Yota you get to keep the six lug, the Dana is probably a little stronger. 1 Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
That Izuzu axle is a good candidate. Just so you know, those tires are pushing it on Dana 44s  1 Quote Link to comment
