ZLOG
I tried installing a grant wheel on my 1200 which seemed to work at first, but slipped because the spine diameter is too big. Sounds like im not the only one with the problem. Did anyone figure out a fix or adapter yet? Quote Link to comment
Ranman72
the diameter is smaller that trucks 510 z's etc you should be able to get an adapter for the 1200 Quote Link to comment
datsunfreak
FYI, I have one if anyone needs it... Still has a nice Grant wheel on it too! Quote Link to comment
ZLOG
So is it true that the old Grant adapters fit the 1200 but the new ones do not? I don't want to order another one only to run into the same problem. Quote Link to comment
datsunfreak
So is it true that the old Grant adapters fit the 1200 but the new ones do not? Seems to be the case. Also noticeable difference in quality between the older ones and the newer ones. Quote Link to comment
rusty12ver
The momo hub for the 1200 is a solid unit. It could work with the grant wheel with a ring adapter from eBay or summit. Quote Link to comment
datsunfreak
Same applies to an older Grant hub, get the 5-6 adapter and run a "better" wheel. Quote Link to comment
