Thanks. The passenger side looks better, to me. I kind of learned as I went along, copying other people's designs. I'm never making a collector again, that's for sure. I may eventually redo the driver's side as while it clears everything I need it to, I could have done better. At least with the #6 runner.

Are you worried at all about the turbo being right up on the radiator, or have you got that all figured out?

 

Not really worried. Why should I be?

 

Right now I might have to cut a piece of aluminium to block off part of the front of the radiator, as the car takes 30 minutes to warm up by idling. I suspect that it might cool off too much and go back to warm-up enrichment if I drive it anywhere. I'll have to drive it to be sure.

 

This 280Z radiator has a much higher capacity than the OE Z31 one. That, and there's a lot more breathing space in the engine bay.

Is that a NA-T or a turbo motor? sure smokes like a sum bitch, that could be related to the power issue? even so 240hp can get a Z moving but a compareable L28ET would make way more HP then that, something is definitely wrong.
