I have one with metal ribs, one with plastic ribs , and one that's missing them altogether. Not sure if there's any other differences Link to comment

They're the same dummy (j/k), look carfully...the one that only has the metal ribbing has the plastic ribbing missing...and same with the one that has the plastic ribbing visable has broken sections of the metal ribbing.
