Re-taped wires for the trans....Inhibitor switch Brown plug has another 7 wires that go to the shift solenoids....the little grey one is the rotation sensor. The one off to the left is the starter safety switch, 2 big wires. Cross member waiting to go in. 1 Quote Link to comment

Lining up the cross member The trans pan......Skid plate...:unsure: Yo...redbanner is that you? The trans crossmember I had looks to work pretty good....will probably use part of the 240 one cut down and welded to this....holes drilled bigger to get to bolts. Fuel line Return fuel line Drive line Can/Am Box..........Next items to tackle. Going thru the stock wiring harness taking out all the Ford related stuff. Mostly down to wiring for the head lights, horn, wipers. Alt wiring harness I got from a 240sx Quote Link to comment

One has been fitted with a bigger Yoke & U-Joint...:thumbup: Will be taking this to Driveline Service Of Portland....in the next few days....for a little chop and swap onto the other drive line which has a bigger U-joint in the rear...already. H5WAGON Posted October 10, 2011 Author Report Share Posted October 10, 2011 Ok....getting into gear....240 shifter arm drilled to except the adjuster barrel thing for the shifter cable. The end that was cut off was used to hold the cable....just need to get it welded. Extended....In Park. An idea for my overflow.......still need to put in a siphon tube. Also going to make a call and see what it will cost to change my bottom hose location. Quote Link to comment
