Shopping trip for Japan

Recommended Posts

I have a buddy that will be parts shopping for me in Japan, so I'm trying to get together parts numbers to send him.

I am especially looking for rare(er) parts numbers, just in the off chance he stumbles on something that I don't know

about. From fenders to weather strip to head liner. Everything for the 72/73 Datsun Wagon, or interchangeable parts.

If parts are from something else but swap in fine, mind noting what Make/Model/Year?

Thanks Guys.

List so far:

In Dash tachometer (24855-U2000)

you can pretty much get most parts here in the states and also wagons or vans as they call them are not in abundance there. I have looked for parts snd came across some but in general you can get most here still. also right now yen to dollar is not good

This should be in the 510 section?

He is looking for parts for his 610. The -U2000 is the designation for 610s

ehime - you friend should be looking for either the -U0100 or -U2000 for parts for the early 610s. Later 610s, IIRC, the numbers go up to U7000 for the later cars.

Here is a good primer for finding parts: http://www.datman.co.uk/interp.htm

Good Luck on the hunt. :)

Try and get the super rare l18e efi system.
Why?

Because it was a Datsun 710 SSS part.

I am especially looking for rare(er) parts numbers... 610/710

Yep, that's a rare 710 part. It's like a mini-280Z manifold.
