are 710 hardtops irs?

and are they front or rear sump? I'm about to go pick up the one <_<

Found a article and from what i read we didnt get irs here in teh states, but the 160j were. Very lame.

You are correct. The 610s had IRS, but only the coupe and sedan. The wagon remained with leaf springs...

 

The 710s were all leaf sprung (live axle) They were the little sister to the 610, and got the short end of the stick, suspension-wise...

These cars (the 710/610) are so similar that I believe you. Just the bodies and rear ends are different.

if you find a wrecked 610 shell and cut the floor out from the doors back and replace the 710 floors with it

yep. just like a snap-together model kit
