Verizon problem??

I can access ratsun and CL through my phone, but no one in the house can access either on their computers. Is any one else having a prob with their Verizon fios? I can access other sites with no problem.

Omg I'm getting that.. Verizon customer service sucks I've spent a atotal of 6 an a half hours on hold with

Try setting your DNS servers manually to

4.2.2.5

4.2.2.3

 

On Windows XP...

Start-->Settings-->Control Panel-->Network Connections-->

 

Local Area Connection

or

Wireless Network Connection

 

Scroll down to Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties

 

Select "Use the following DNS server addresses and enter the above addresses, click OK, click OK...try then.

Thanks Matt...I printed that out and will hang onto it, but everything seems to be working this morning.

 

I have not been impressed with FIOS. The internet does seem to be a bit faster than comcast was and less prone to slow down in the evening when everyone in the neighborhood gets on.......but every time we watch a movie....it has a glitch and we have to restart it. Anyway......gotta play catch up now. :(

My Verizon was having trouble with just some sites yesterday. Ratsun was one of them

Mine's fine now but yesterday I couldn't access Ratsun from my bookmark. I could Google it and access it from that link. I had no other problems with other sites.
