My new daily

I got a new daily. 67 bug, clean 2 owner car, original paint, very little rust. Rebuilt 1600cc dual port motor, 6 inch narrowed beam, spindels, lowered 1 notch in the rear.

 

 

 

Im not gonna to a whole lot to it other than drive it. I really love the patina that it has right now. I am going to paint the area under the trim and between the fenders. I havent decided on a color yet; red, burgandy, tourquise, im just not sure yet. Also the surfboard will get painted. Maybe a little pin striping too.

Thats what i told the guy when i bought the car. I said "im gonna have a hard time trying to find somewhere to use that surf board here". Oh well, maybe its a omen telling me to move back to cali.
