RadioRedline Posted June 9, 2011 Author Report Share Posted June 9, 2011 Well my first ever Datsun that I sold and bought back, the truck I was the 2nd and 4th owner of and that got me into all the Datsuns that followed, and gave me its powertrain. My 1980 720 Got hauled away for scrap today...well what was left. Its been sitting in my backyard for a year with no motor, trans, grille, etc. Bought my 1980 Datsun 720 (Paid 800$) Got Pulled off road in a stop-check for suspicious rust repair. Found my 1983 Datsun/Nissan 720 4x4 to replace it. Gave my 80' 720 away (Free) as it was now flagged and unplateable. Nothing in it was needed for my new truck, different gauges, engine, everything! Bought my 1974 Datsun 620 Yellow (Paid 1500$) Bought my 1974 Datsun 620 Red now Gray a week later for parts, turned out to be a solid truck so I will have two! (Paid 1000$) Sold my 1983 Datsun 720 4x4 to focus on my new 620 obsession Realized I HAD an L20B and standard transmission!! (Both 620s are auto) Found my original 1980 720, bought it back as parts for 100$ (Someone was driving it on a dealer plate!) Pulled L20B and 4speed manual from 80 720 and stripped her down. Bought/Saved my 1978 B210 from an idiot who was gonna put a ford 302 in it because he lost the carburator!! Gave away (Free) my 1978 B210 to a local, who I made promise that he would join Ratsun and fix the car. (He Did Both, and its running now) Bought my 1971 4 door Datsun 510 in Edmonton. Traded my 1971 4 door Datsun 510 for my 1971 Datsun 521 with a Ratsun Member. All of this started from that original love I had for my 720...but if I would have never bought it and got pulled off the road I never woulda bought a 620 I know. Radio Quote Link to comment

This is a Duplicolor product, called PerfectMatch. And I bought Nissan Silver according to book, and it was bang on! Next is Brake fluid leak out of caliper? Radio Quote Link to comment
