Smiley720
I'm new here but I love to share. My girl and I have an '85 720 Kc. I do the shaving and she does the bondo, it couldn't be a better deal. Last weekend Istarted smoothing the rear frame getting it ready for the 4link. I will keep updating as the rear suspension continues... Before After Edited October 7, 2009 by Smiley720 Quote Link to comment

Creepy Cruiser
It's funny, the very first truck I ever shaved the gutters off of was a 720. (way back in the day:lol:) Nice lob! Quote Link to comment
Guest DatsuNoob
I noticed you cut the rear bed mounts off. How's that gonna work out when it comes time to put the bed on? Looking good though Quote Link to comment
denveratsun
Hopefully he's gonna body drop it so far that it will just need new mounts anyway!:D:D:D My wife and kids have always been in the shop with me...my daughter can still tell me what she thinks is going out on a car that drives by making a squeeling or whining noise. My wife and kids helped do the body work on my 521 before we gave it to my Grandpa:cool: Thats what makes it all make sense to me. Quote Link to comment
Smiley720
I took off the middile bed mount, I didn't fill in the hole for the rear bed mount. and yes Ky when the body drop is done it will need new mounts Quote Link to comment

trenchtractor
Yes she is my dust bunny Did you notice the lack of drip rails? ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Looks like you are going for a one-piece window... have you got details of a kit, or will it be custom?? Mine's got quarters and I'd prefer one-piece... Quote Link to comment
Creepy Cruiser
Didn't all the '85-'86 ST's with the smooth side beds (no hooks) come with 1 piece windows stock? Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. Quote Link to comment
