Asking $55 please, but I may be flexible on the price. I would think it should work on a 620 as well, but I never tried fitting it on mine... Don't hesitate to make an offer! The first long bed came out in the '75 620. The 620 has a capacity of 12 US gal. until the '77 long bed increased it to 13 US gal. I have an '82 long bed tank in my truck and it's 16.8 US gal. There was a guy that posted a few pics from Mexico(?) with several 521 longbeds in it. The one I had was a "special order" and that is why it had the larger gas-tank also. I put it my favorites here a pic of the 70 - 71 g521 but it not a longbox, guess I'll do some searching today for the LB. I like the front side marker light, looks like the ones used on the 68 dimes.
