So I just can across something some of you guys might like.
I noticed a lot of projects with some Datto's using carbon fiber wrap, and there was a point brought around on another forum of using carbon fiber wrap/fabric on interior trim and it not being durable enough or not sticking to the old plastic.
I ran across a website that some of you guys may find interesting or may like to look into instead of using parts store crap that doesn't stick.
Well I think I'm in for life now!
The Datsun1200 guys didn't seem to think it was quite as funny as you Ratsun guys.
I don't think I like them anymore. lol

Personally, I like the look of rattle can paint as long as you take your time and make sure you get a good coat. I used Krylon flat black on my car to get a quick coat over the car when I bought it.
But I'm with Skib here. I wouldn't use it as a long term solution. You just can't beat the quality of real car paint. Plus if you're filling her up with gas and you drip, it's gonna screw up your paint:P
OH! Forgot to say, I think the funniest thing from this whole ordeal, is that about the time I stopped the camera this little 620 UTE tugs on by, and just smiles. lol It was the first time I'd ever seen the guy around.
Well, glad to hear it all worked out okay!!
The idiots at the shop that my brother took his truck to ended up using air tools to put on the lugs and broke one stud off.
Well, as of right now it looks like the vibrations in the steering from the worn tie rod ends loosened up the lugs and they came off. I won't know the extent of the damage until morning.
I don't know the extent of the damage just yet. But you are correct, the lugs jumped ship.
I know theres a noise in the front end, because that old girl..... well....
Lets just say we jacked her up, put the tire back on and drove it him. lol
Shes a strong little fucker.
