John i want to drive it every were,got the headlights in the mail yesterday that is next,i want to do a new drive shaft maybe 1 shaft,next is hook up the parking brake lines and i want to change the winsheild gasket out.How you doing.

Wow bro they look good,i kept seeing them for sale but never pulled the trigger.good job.

They were made by me and my pin striping buddy,he will never do it again,its to tedious to get the numbers right,while i watched him and he has been doing this for over 50 years.

So what do you think something different,i guess i might be the only 521 in the world with them,then again maybe the only guy in the world that wanted them.lol

Matched the same material on the seats to the door panels and kick panels,i think it looks clean,got some chrome door pull handles and waiting on the cluster to put back in.

You know what it does look good and I like the stance of your truck,to low and your back hurt moar.I wonder how it would look color matched to the truck,I also love the fact that it covers those front torsion brackets and bolts which I can't stand.

My truck was in great shape but it just did not feel like the datsun in my opinion,as for pain it will be easier to get parts and the cab is very very slightly bigger,and as for 5 speed it wont be hard for you to put one in your truck,also im sorry but no other truck has the character like a 521 small yes hard to find parts yes but once you get it dialed in you are balling,they make the 620 look like shit if you ask me there is less of them and look like a 510 from the front and who does not like a 510.. :D

I had a 77 and to be honest i could not stand that truck,but hey if you like it have fun.

His name is Dave whittle and he has been around for 50 years.I will post some of his work he did all the funny cars back in the day.

Now thats a idea it would in my opinion look out of place but it is a nice color and with the door panels and kick panels and of course seat to accent or match some what with the dash and it will look awesome.thumbs up,I like it. :thumbup: :thumbup:

No problem and thanks,im doing my factory gauges in white face as we speak and i ordered 2 yards at 180.00 from corbeau the same material as the seats for my door panels and kick panels,it should come out pretty good.Now im thinking FJ20 in my truck i dont know any more. :no:

Drew if those chrome door pulls are for the 521 i will take them and if the steering wheel or blinker switch cover is in good shape no cracks i will take that to.

Those are on craig's list,i like to see what they look like in person.This are the seat's i got in my truck.

Well i bought the headlights and i got matching fog lights,i think it will look pretty cool.Also bought 2 yards of the same micro suede on my seats to match kick panels and door panels.I got the kick panels done but i dont know i am going to do the stitching on the panels,and i think there will be material left then i will do the head liner.Other then that waiting for the gauge plates to come back from pin striper and i dont know what is next from here,maybe just get it ready for paint,i got enough money in this truck already.NOT..
