SR20's are tight fit. Im not saying it wont work but with a stock mani i see a problem, now with a greddy one there might be more room to work. Also if you convert a u joint style or collapsable steering shaft that could free you more room as well. I have a FJ20 in mine and there looks to be a lot of room but it gets taken up really quick. One more thing to think of would be to convert to a rack and pinion style and that should solve all your issues and it will be easier then a RHD swap. but it will be cool.

If there is clearence you can still bolt it in but its the spline count thats going to make you or break you.

Started the Battery wires. Need to get some heat shrink and forgot to drill the dam holes in the box to stuff through. I will fix that.But slowly its going to start some year.

That radiator will work great in a big long nose Peterilt truck going up the cajon pass fully loaded in the summer at full throttle. And then some. It's good to go all big tanker right.

Got my new throttle pedal assembly for the truck today. Doing all Billet specialties profile collection. Also pulled the door SS trim off to send to polish shop to get done. Looks like i am going to pull the bed cover off and leave it off to expose the new Battery holder and NOS bottle. Maybe next week i am taken the truck to do something with the suspension. I am thinking simple, like in Jrock style. Just re do the front coil overs for better ride and drop truck more also and the back just C notch and go that route.
