Thanks Mike. After further inspection. It turns out the alternator is ok afterall. Looks like someone changed the bottom alternator mount bolts and they wouldn't tighten all the way down. With time the fan belt came loose and thus my alt wasn't spinning properly. No spin, no charge. Took everything apart , swapped out the bottom mount bolts and buttoned everything up. Seems like it's working fine now. We'll see how she behaves tomorrow. Thanks everybody.

Yeah, it's on a spare L16 I have but wasn't sure if I should run it since it has that plastic cover thing and the one on my car right now doesn't.

Does this look like an internally regulated alternator? The one in my car isn't charging and it's an externally regulated one. ^^^^^^^This is a spare one but I'm unsure if I should use it.
