Anybody know how much a front and rear coilover kit costs for a 510?

Ok , wheels don't need to be 8" in width .I was just using the CL posting as a starting/reference point. Actually the pic of the dime w/16x7 is exactly what I am looking to do.

I'm also guessing that has the 280z front strut swap with coilovers correct? Thanks for the pics.I somewhat have an idea of the direction I have to take.. Time for some heavy reading. I think I saw a thread by mklotz regarding strut modding.

Well , I just picked up the 510 on Friday so I have yet to get deep into the front strut info. Looks like i'll need to do the swap regardless if I want to run some of the bigger wheels.

From the info I have gathered , The wheels in the following link will only fit a 510(stock fendered) that has 280z struts up front correct? I'd like to run some 16's on my 4 door. Actually , I'm just looking for the six bolts that hold the top half to the bottom half. I took mine apart for a rebuild but I think the bolts got tossed out on accident.:mad: So if you have a carb that's on it's way the scrap heap let me know.

I already have a 1970 510 wagon but I always liked the look of 2 and 4 doors with panasports and such so I picked this up. Kinda like a Christmas present to myself......The PO took the cluster out to add led's but never finished . Oh well , add it to the list of projects.....

They were on my truck for a while. I have the chrome 6 spoke on there right now. I might be in los angeles Sunday 12/28 for the LA folks.

you need to mount the wheels and check your clearances down there. I had to run them cause my tires were really close to my frame.

use spacers. You might get away with breaking the 2 mounting tabs then glueing the nissan logo onto the cap. I think you have a 620 right? I'm running a spacer on my 521 and they work fine. You might need longer studs if you run spacers.

Pick-n-pull in Fresno is pretty much the same. I like going to Pick-a-part instead. Speaking of - "they got some dumb girls at pick-a-part here and you can really pull the wool over their eyes easy. " I found some bumperettes once and I told the girl at the counter they were bumper guards. I paid $3.49 for each side! Sumthin like $7.89 total:lol:
