Its easy to find out, just find someone with that color and look at the VIN plate under the hood, it should have a number after where it says "color". You can find out any original Nissan paint color that way.

I bet it is the same car, Ugh, I cant believe they painted it that green. Im pretty picky about paint. when i get my car re-painted, it will be in the original, 106b Blue Mist Metallic.

Haha, Not too late though. I still have to finish the paint, apply the seal and glue it in, put the roof panel on and align it, and I am gonna include the sunroof portion of the headliner in this thread too once I get that in. I replaced the Drain tubes in the front. I used 5/8th ID irrigation hose, it was a bit smaller than the size (probabbly metric) that Nissan used, but it is the same type of hose. I used a heat gun on the end to get it to fit over the copper tube on the tub. Fits like a glove. 1 ten foot roll was enough to do the front two. However the lines were actually in great condition, I did not replace the rears so that I could save myself 10 bucks(which I NEED right now for paint), the rears are inb better condition than the front though, and if they should ever fail I can rplace them in less than 30 minutes, even with the headliner in,The fronts are much harder to do, even with the headliner out, but still not too hard.

So this may sound like an odd title, but serious quaetion. I hate to be a noob here. I realize of course that a dime is a 510 normally. But is it just 510s? or all 10 series? 610, 710, 810, 910, ect I ask because I have heard my car and an 810, and a 610 called "dimes" by different people in the past. Just wanted to clear this up.

Thats what they say, but look at some of the mounting points. And the angle is the same. I would bet money that the valve angles are the same too. Theres more similarities than McLaren claims. Thats not to say that they didnt re-develope the living crap out of it. I dont think you could ever street a VRH engine. However the M838T does awesome on the street. McLaren loves the Japanese, their brakes are the best the Japanese have to offer right now. The original F1 was partly inspired by the road going ability of the Honda NSX, Murray tried pretty hard to get Honda to build the engine for the F1 too, but Honda declined. That is why they had to go to BMW.
