you positive right, spacers would effectively space the inside lip of the hweel away from the frame more while boring would bring it closer so which is it??????? i am running 4 wheel drum, the only problem i could see was having to shorten the dustcap on the front hub and on the rear it was just really close, so maybe i would only need 1/4 inch spacers on the rear, does anybody have a set????
here is the numbers off it 7628304
also some pics after i scrubbed on it for about 3 hours hey i really need a gasket for the back of that input shaft plate!!!! anybody anybody??? i guess i could make one
hey guys this tranny came with my 620 when i bought it and i am getting around to putting it in, what i need to know is what it actuaklly came from the factory in to make sure i get the right seals etc. im guessing alot of the stock 620 4 speed seals and crap will all interchange but i just wanted to make sure, this tranny has no numbers or anything on it that i can find, and the casting on it seems sort of rough, anyways any thoughts/input will be appreciated P.S. anybody know where to get a gasket for the input shaft cover plate???? and also does anybody have a pdf of a manual for it???
i have a 77 620 with 4 wheel drum, i also have titan wheels, what i was wondering is if i can throw some 225 40 18 on it and not have any rubbing issues, its my understanding i dont have to run spacers but when i put the wheel on its so close in the rear, anybody run these on a stock 77 620???
hey take a picture of it and post it up so we can all see what one of those bad boys looks like, im sure i will refill mine someday and im just curious as to what it looks like in there
the car actually runs quite well, it turned over freely so i made sue the top end was wet and had oil and i cranked it over to get everyhting all lubed up and i put water in the cooling system and gased it up and it fired right up, it sounds like it is cammed!! it runs great, its a damn shame the floors are so bad in it, its gonna be quite a bit of work to get it back on the road. maybe by next summer i will have it roadworthy

i have the same problem but if i push the support up and glue it to the sheetmetal it will pull the top of the hood down? its like the support shrunk or something, and i really dont wanna go cutting on it, what do you guys think? i can take some pics and show you if you like
80w-90 for the diff and 75w-90 for the tranny , do not use auto tranny fluid in your standard shift transmission, or motor oil for that matter (its called motor oil not transmission/motor oil)
the scary part is inside the car, the floorboars are gone and i got to looking at them and i think they have been replaced before which is bad bads bad because who knows what the body looked like before they painted it, this car has some extremely dark secrets inside of it! i will get pics tomorrow
ha ha yeah right, not in a million years on here ez lol, ah its not what other people think, its just how you respect and treat the ones who respect and treat you, everybody else is just everybody else, not really friends at all
