Just convinced my bf to buy a Beretta m9a1 I'm holding off on buying any rifles at the moment, market is going crazy on pricing.

I wouldnt see anyone daily driving a KA roadster with more then that on boost. lol my 1.6 miata on 10psi is a handful on wet days lol

if I remember the H20 head also has more CC's per cylinder as well.

What I seriously would like to see them do is take the current 370Z roadster, shrink it down to half its size making it about 2500lbs like the NC miata with the 1.6L from the Juke under the hood with options for CVT as well as a 6 speed manual. No non-turbo model available, keep them all turbo with same power across the board and just change interior options for the models. Make a NISMO option with a/c, stereo, power steering, and power window delete and I'll be first in line.

yeah mazda has been mostly just increasing size to make it compatible with newer safety laws.

Well Honda and Nissan both made lightweight roadsters in the 60's, the current 370z roadster is a joke imo its way overweight and overpriced.

They need to reintroduce a cheap, high reving, lightweight roadster.

I know I'd get a lot of hate for honda, but I think it would be interesting to see a K series swapped into one.

If you intend to tow often I'd get a truck meant for towing, having a car lighter then the car you are towing is bad idea. You can make power out of an R16, its just a labor of love due to the age of the engine.

If someone can provided the numbers off the lock cylinders can you cut them to fit the lock?

This! I know on my non EFI cars longest I'd let them warm up is about a minute to 2 minutes and that was so I wasn't driving around with my oil pressure on my VW through the roof.

Under 2k, even less if you go used. I am taking my time on my own roadster but I've replaced everything on it wiring, brake, and suspension wise. still looks like shat but paint isnt a priority for me. His goals are already halfway met weight wise, install a miata engine and trans and you save 250lbs vs stock and can meet his weight goal easily since the car is pre-gutted.. I know way too much about these roadsters for my own good at this point. When people say cheap I think of sub 1000 dollars complete so I tell them to avoid a roadster, but if you're budget is between 2k-5k you can have a daily driver roadster easily. I value my roadster at about 2.5k counting in the manhours I've put into the car and research on the car. I've spent about 1500 total on parts counting cost of the car.

Its too bad really, it wouldnt need much to finish this with a simple turbo bp18/b6 which is a bolt in swap or even just stock R16/u20
