  1. Ill just leave this right here for you then Mike: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/9owvqgvg2buzmgj/ezixcSMBCB I found this in some deep corner of a hard drive I took on deployment once. I was going to delete it and saw this thread... download as you will.
  2. For what car? It would make it easier to know what sizes and what bolt pattern youre looking for.
  3. Yeah, FWD no workie. Keep hunting... There's FWD SRs going through the Pnp by my old work all the time. They are such a tease with those.
  4. Gah! Why does this have to be the last run and I have no money. I had the perfect spot for it too... Fuck. Oh well, I guess I'll just miss out.
  5. Brown for me as well, but it only seems to be that color on a super slow connection. I was tethering my phone to my laptop with like a single bar of signal and I'd get that brown. If I'm in good reception it's the normal color.
  6. In this case you're right Goon... They look good installed as is. I'll be keeping them brushed and just coating engine bay pieces. Well, I just peeled the tape off the drivers seal and I'm so happy with the results. I can't wait to drive the car to check how well it actually works. There's a couple spots I want to add some more adhesive, but it's legit.
  7. I figured I was gluing everything else, might as well the top as well. Mine sits in that channel as well. I am using SoCal seals and the fit perfect... There was no need to glue the tops, but due to my inexperience didn't know I wasnt suppose to glue the top. I glued them and then used a small putty knife to pop them into the track. Seal fits perfect and isn't fat when I close the door. I'm very happy with the results. And for the record SoCal gets his shit for Taiwan as well... So it's hit or miss on what you get I guess. Plus I've never had a bad dealing with him. That forum shit was before my time so I tried the place out; happy with every transaction.
  8. Whats the threading on manual shift knobs? The knob for my column shifter is broken and I was thinking about replacing it with something a little different. Not sure what, but need to know the threading to see if I can use manual shift knobs. My column is M8x1.25
  9. Bitch please... Your steel band is still intact. I rubbed through that shit like a boss. Sorry to hear about the KA Rust. You were excited about it last we texted.
  10. So while I was waiting for the weatherstripping adhesive to dry, so I took the liberty of tearing apart my rear seat to look at the bottom of my gas tank. Once I removed the mdf board, I found this: It's a little vintage tin of glass fuses.
  11. I agree... Rims look like crap. Rims look like crap on the car. Rubber bands for tires. 3 strikes and youre out. The body looks great, but looks tacky on those rims.
  12. Haha thanks. I wish I was only gone because I was hiding because of a bad deal... I was so swamped at work and in my personal life that unfortunately Ratsun had to take a back burner. Im back now though as life has steadied out a bit. I just wish I had more funds to get some work done. Until I get paid, I have $29 to my name :hmm:
  13. Id be up for meeting at the Tacoma Krispie Kreme... its right off the freeway. That would allow the West Puget guys to meet up with the East Puget guys.
  14. Haha I think Im going to pass on that idea. If theres another one of these, a Punkin meet, or graffiti garage meet then youll see her. Otherwise you will have to wait until Blue Lake. Shes coming down to play then... Shes never been to Oregon so she should have fun.
  15. Thanks! I'm pretty smitten with it too. If I ever decide to switch out wheel, I'm pretty sure I'm going to stay with the same color gold. JRock did a great job coating them for me...
  16. Oh that's right... The other one did happen. Why did I miss that one?- oh I was too tired from Graveyard that's right. GoonFan asked if I was going. Well then I'll catch the next one. I should add my Reservist schedule to the Ratsun calendar so everyone knows not to book things for that day :D Have fun guys, I do love me some Carl's Junior. Fuck Hardys.
  17. Another unsolicitated vote to keep it yellow and woodgrain. As much work as t would take to take off and clean up (sanding the transition and such) you could just try to find another set of decals. Or just have some made; couldn't be too hard. What size are the rims?- I don't have F10 caps, but I have a set of 510 bullseyes. I just sand blasted them to get all the surface rust off ... They're ready for some paint or a quick buff for some shine.
  18. Hell yeah Datto time! I'm picking up some adhesive for my seals as we speak. Time to do work son!
  19. As much as I would looooooove to let Jalen drive my car *cough* crashed his brothers wagon *cough* I will not be attending. Since this got moved weekends, I can't make it due to Navy duty; it's my Reservist weekend.
  20. Alex, he's too poor since he just spent too much money on a wagon drivers ed classes.
  21. Thread is a little old and parts were already found, but for others that want to go the all red path... You can get them on eBay. They are mexican reproductions, but very good quality. I bought a set to replace a cracked lens. I figured they were going to be poor quality, but they were the only ones I could find at the time. Anyway, pleasantly surprised how nice they were. Fit perfect, great red shine, and looked OEM. Price was decent too, even shipped from Mexico. Just thought I would throw that out there.
  22. He did slam the car... Into the rear end of another car! ooooooooooh burn Oh wait, that was the wagon he owned for a day. <_< Double burn
  23. I'll look again, but I didn't see any of those in the shop. I was getting 8-32 close to threading, but since it wasn't tapered I couldn't thread it properly. Like I said, probably easier to just get new screws at HD. I'll look at the 6s and see...
