I'm pretty sure it's illegal, but I wouldn't say it's a bigger blind spot than the guys with 40 black ice air fresheners on their mirrors. It's not too bad driving it, but for police sake I tuck it up while driving. Then pull it down when parked.
It's only been on for a day so we will see if I keep it up there. Found it at Goodwill for $2 so I had to have it.
Seems to be coming from under the rear set pan. Its like its coming up from between the sound deadening and the metal. Its hard to explain and understand how its coming up...
I dried up all the water and came back out to a small pool in that spot. Nothing dripping from overhead. Its weird. I took the plugs out from the seat pan so at least the rest of the floor pan wont get wet, just the seat area.
Pulled out all my seats, removed carpet, found where my water leak is, dried the floor, dried the carpet, and reinstalled everything. The GF helped out a bit too. Yesterday I installed some new vinyl and a new mirror dangle thingy:
You can get a Weber 32/36 in the appropriate jet for an L16. You can get them on eBay, but just make sure they are real Webers. There are a lot of Chinese fakes out there.
I'd recommend Redline or Weber Carbs Direct.
Yes you will need an adapter plate to run a weber. Shoot me a pm as I think I have one laying around somewhere.
I've never actually heard of someone buying anything from Andy's. It comes up in EVERY car parts search... It's hard to believe they have every part for every car. Even ones that were never made lol.
I'd never trust my money with that company. YMMV.
Trying to isolate a leak that's soaking my passenger side floorboards. Looks like it's coming from under the vinyl on the wheel well.
Now to remove my seats, pull the carpet and dry it out since it's bright and sunny here for a change.
