Yes, they are under the seat. They get bolted into the floor... I can provide a picture for you in the morning here. Mine would be a little different as mine is a 69 which is only lapbelts, but the lower mounting is mostly the same.

What kind of seat belts are you thinking? We have belts in the rear here...
