Hey folks - I have a mix of transmission parts from doing a FS5W71 franken-build last winter. Before I get my butt into gear and take stuff to a metal recycler, I figured I'd see if anyone here needed anything. Parts will be free - you pay shipping. Please see the photos below, and I'll try my best to identify stuff if you have any questions or are looking for something specific. There are a few new synchros in the mix, which I had ordered accidentelly - I believe they are for a z-car transmission rather than a truck.

The tail stock is from a 71C 5speed. There were 71C 4 speeds but this isn't. The front case I can't tell unless you roll it this way so I can see the top. Could be from a Z car as the drain is commonly on the right side, but not always.

The front case is from a 71B out of my 1984 4wd pickup!

Do you have a part number for the synchros possibly? Last winter was a bit ago I know. I have a 5 speed in the 620 that needs a rebuild. Still working on identifying the 71B. Thanks!

I think they're two different 1st/2nd synchros which were incorrect for me. I believe they were this one https://www.transmissionpartsdistributors.com/fs5w71-transmission-1st-or-2nd-synchro-ring-1-piece-fits-nissan-85-93-nis-14b/ and the three piece out of this kit https://www.transmissionpartsdistributors.com/fs5w71c-fs5w71e-fs5w71h-transmission-rebuild-kit-with-synchro-rings-fits-nissan-240sx-300zx-hardbody-2wd-87-95-bk133bws/.
