]2eDeYe
I believe it's the outside diameter of the clutch disc. ...and the L18 is the only L that is not a six bolt flywheel...it has a 5 bolt flywheel. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The L20B has the six bolt pattern, L18 and L16 are five. The measurement is across the clutch disc or its wear pattern on the flywheel. If you don't have a metric tape: A 200mm would be 7.88" A 225mm would be 8.865" A 240mm would be 9.456" A six bolt 200mm flywheel can be found on: '75-'77 710 (L20B) '75-'76 610 (L20B) '77-'79200sx (L20B) '78-'81 510 (L20B & Z20) '80-'83 200sx (Z20, Z22) '76-'78 280z coupe All these flywheels may have different weights. motavated
Well I was looking around the internet and I found that a 240sx clutch will fit the l20b engine? http://www.exedyusa.com/oe/06805A So would a 240sx flywheel fit an l20b engine? The reason I ask is that they sell reduced weight flywheels and aluminums cheap for a 240sx that I would like to install on my l20... Thanks!!!!!!!! Quote Link to comment
hang_510
it seems that 6 bolt FW are interchangeable between L & Z blocks. i have a 200mm FW on the Z24 block if your looking for an inexpensive 225mm clutch/PP/TO brng set, i have a new Sachs setup available Quote Link to comment
