Tedman Posted January 11, 2009 Report Share Posted January 11, 2009 Anyone know the free length and diameter of the stock rear springs? Stock 510 rear springs are 357 lb/in per my '72 Service Manual. Free length is 12.047" (LH) and 11.772" (RH). Weird that RH and LH springs are different lengths, but that's what the book says. Coil diameter is 3.543" and coil wire diameter is 0.559".
