MachineMan
My next door neighbor is a tire guy. He told me I would have a better selection of tires if I switch to 15" wheels. (for my 720) I like just plain jane rims. Suggestions as to what to take them off of would be great. (see the picture) These little trucks are stolen all the time. Nice wheels just get's them stolen even faster. Living in California often means, "you can't have nice things". Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Why not 720 4X4, they were all 15" 205/75R15 Ford and GM (not Chrysler I think) have 6 bolt rims and for sure in 15". Thousands in wrecking yards. 2 Quote Link to comment
MachineMan
Thanks Michael, Are there any pitfalls? Offset issues?, any poor choices that I can avoid by planing in advance? Thanks Again MM Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Well you would have to check the off set. Have no idea what the 720 is, probably close to zero. Again the 720 4X4 fit. Toyota 4x4 probably the same? Quote Link to comment

MM yer neighbor is absolutely correct............13-14in tires are getting hard to find, with very limited choices. Upgrade to 15-16in & your choices increase greatly! Quote Link to comment
Stoffregen Motorsports
Early solid axle 4x4 wheels are 15x6 or 7, I can't remember. The solid axle trucks have zero offset and they switched to a slight positive offset in '87 when they went to IFS. This is my '57 Rover with Toyota axles and stock steelies with 34x9.40 Swampers. I love the look for this truck. 2 Quote Link to comment
