Agree, this is what I did.  The USA spec fusebox had a slightly different "connection", underneath on the bottom.  Buy the NEW eBay fusebox (not USA spec) & modify it, to how your original is connected underneath.

Careful. If the drill grabs it will twist that tab right off.

 

I would grind the head off, with a cutoff wheel and then, while it's hot from grinding, squirt some WD40 on the threads and give it a twist. I bet it will come right out. Oh, and as someone mentioned, unscrew it from the back so you're not dragging the rusty threads through the soft terminal strip.

Yeah, sometimes I give a suggestion with the hope that the user has a little consideration for what they're doing.
