banzai510(hainz)
I just bought a new 620 heater valve from Riley at Lynchburg Nissan for $19.12. All you do is pull back the tabs on the 510 valve and insert the guts from the 620 valve. should have done a write up on that I like to see that. There are like 3 different 3 heater valves I keep my heater valve open and just use the vent lever to rout the air so the valve doesnt wear out. half the time the valve is stuck partially closed preventin the heater from working fully Quote Link to comment

rzrdisco
this reminds me of when i was parting out my wagon, and when i got to the heater assembly, the foam was so old and shitty that when you poked it, it would literally turn into dust in your fingers. that's a good read though, might have to take those steps on this current project :) Quote Link to comment
jesusno2
Ok well my heater rebuild is almost complete I've glass beaded my hole heater box cleaned it all up re painted,re foamed it all gotta take the core in to get cleaned out and tested but I still need part# for those molded hoses mine are just rotted away and I had to cut one to get it off.
