What engine mounts are required to fit an L20b into a Datsun 521

Hi guys,

 

I have completed some searches on here but couldn’t find what I was looking for. 
 

what engine mounts have people used to fit an L20b into the Datsun 521?

photos of the engine mounts would be perfect! 🤙🏼

My 521 has the J13 engine mount brackets, I can not see how the L16 system will connect to the locating bracket that’s welded to the chassis rails.

This is pertinent information. You'll have to change the chassis side brackets.

Should have mentioned the year so we'd have known. This is a game changer. The L series engine brackets don't fit on the J13 rubber isolaters attached to the frame. I believe they need to be cut from the frame and moved to a different position.

 

Not much room in the L520 engine compartment for the L series engine. Tight.
