Expect increasing conflicts over fresh water and natural resources (mostly energy) as well as religious ideology. Forget the Paris conference on climate control as non signers continue to drag themselves up from third world poverty using fossil fuels to fuel their economy, and others join in to attain their form of 'Manifest Destiny' piece of the remaining pie. Global warming continues, although very slowly, averaging about the same but now with larger weather swings stressing all economies to absorb the damage from flooding, cold, drought, storms and fires.
