datzenmike
I changed the title from l320 to L 320, I assume this is what you meant. Too vague. What exactly do you have and have in mind? Hopefully you have a running 320 and not a pile of parts as an SR swap is a little premature to be asking for help. Better to get the 320 able to survive a 4 or 5 times the power. Will it stop???? Brake upgrade??? Handling???? will the differential handle the power??? What transmission??? Also is this just a wet dream or are you already heavily invested in this swap? Pictures will also help. I don't think anyone has done this but there are many similarities when swapping engines. 2 Quote Link to comment

Charlie69
There is an NL320 in the Fontana CA area that has had a Z24 5 speed swap done to it. The owner said it took literally years of trying different parts to get it to fit. He did not cut the firewall and is running an electric radiator cooling fan. He had problems withe the steering but after much trial and error he got the steering linkage to work. There is no documentation of this swap that I know of. The owner brought it to a SWDP barbeque about 5 years ago. Quote Link to comment
Jester
Sounds like you get to show us how to do it. :poke: I sure hope this ends up being filled with lots of pics. Upload your photos to a photo hosting site that you like and copy the IMG code and paste it here. 3 Quote Link to comment

Charlie69
click on the picture in your photo bucket, it will open larger, on the right side of the picture you will see 2 text rectangles. click on the IMG lettering and you will see "copied" appear, now go to the window where you have your Ratsun post started and right & click paste. Then click the post button. You can ad more than one picture in a post. I leave a blank line between my pictures by hitting the "enter" key. Quote Link to comment
