datzenmike Posted December 24, 2013 Report Share Posted December 24, 2013 Yeah good luck getting the dual cammer head working. It's been done but does not in any way 'bolt on'. Lots of engineering problems to over come. Edit: z20 rods with KA pistons in a z20 block. . The L20B/Z20/Z22 have the same block height of 227.45mm Z20E rods are 152.5mm, KA pistons are 34mm and the crank throw is 43mm = 229.5mm. 'Fraid the KA piston will be just over 2mm above the block deck. Better to bore to 87mm and run VG30E pistons with almost flat tops. Compression would be around 9.84 Quote Link to comment
