Rusted gas tank. Interchangeability?

Welp, rust finally made its way to my gas tank and is leaking at the seam.

 

Anyone know if any tanks are easily interchangeable?

 

I found a new tank for $122.00, but just dropped for the clutch and just hate putting cash into a truck I paid $500 bucks for 10 years ago.  I only use it to haul bs around in my yard.

 

anyone got one for sale kinda local.

What's it for?? Your posting in 720 but you have an '85 620 as one of your vehicles. Confused.

 

Assuming it a 720 is it 2wd or 4x4 and is it long bed, King Cab or regular cab short wheelbase?

Well only short wheelbase tanks will fit. Tthe long wheelbase and KC 2wd and 4x4 surely won't fit because of their extra length. I believe all year the 2wd 13.2 US gal. and the 4x4 15.8 US gal. short wheelbase tanks will interchange... the 4x4 tank being slightly more capacity and an inch or two deeper? .  The 15.8 gal diesel tank may also work.
