Ranman72 Posted November 15, 2013 Report Share Posted November 15, 2013 we are doing a fun run in memory of Dave Pare this is more of a toy drive car show not so much an actual drive this will be in conjunction with the cappuccino cruisers car club a local club in Orangvale Calif As a Datsun club we will meet in the Costco parking lot in Folsom Calif some time before the actual toy drive begins Last year we showed up with 17 Datsuns and won the prize for most participating members from a club this year we would like to blow that number away Costco meeting time 8am Dec 7 2013 address 1800 Cavitt Dr, Folsom, CA 95630 the toy drive is at the location below you are welcome to show up all day if you cant make it early the entry fee is one 10 dollar toy that will go to needy children in the local community "Christmas is for Kids" Toy Run/ Collection Saturday December 7th Orchard Supply Hardware 905 East Bidwell St 9 am - 2 p.m. Pre 1974 Autos are welcome Vendors, Awards, Raffle, Music and Santa Claus All proceeds benefit the Folsom Police Department's Christmas Program for information call Ray or Chris (916) 988-6376 Quote Link to comment

Last year the Datsun crew took the award for biggest group, while participating in a hot rod car show. Vic and I did not make this one last year but we will be there this year. I like hearing that Datsuns get more attention then 50000 dollar Mustangs and others hotrods at a hotrod show. 3 Quote Link to comment
