q-tip
Going to the link describes the part as a "rubber driveshaft support donut". No sure of fittment of this particular part, but if it doesn't fit it if doesn't fit. Quote Link to comment
Dawa
thats the same one i bought from rockauto for my 620 never got around to installing it though.... Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Wow. That was a vague post. Totally deserving of it's own thread. Do you have a build thread? Start one and have all your project related questions there. Will make it much easier for you to reference later. . Yes there is this one... http://community.ratsun.net/topic/57974-new-here-finally-got-me-a-74-620/ moved two other posts there. Quote Link to comment
kevins750
Thanks, Datzenmike...I installed the new tranny this weekend, all it took was the bell swap....thanks for your help.... 1 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
That is good news. I've always wondered what a lock out automatic would run like on my '74 710 with L18. Quote Link to comment
kevins750
Got the tranny in and took it for a drive earlier and now I am getting some hesitation at low rpm's ....It cruises at freeway speed with no problems though.. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Probably carb related Quote Link to comment

kevins750
got my driveline center bearing on the truck today, and fixed the top hinge pin on the drivers door...took a look at the front of my truck and noticed the driver's tire had some camber to it and the passenger tire had some toe out...so I took the wheels off and saw this... drivers side------------------I removed the 3 nuts and one washer and tapped the bolt out a little.. passengers side--------------------------look like it is slightly cocked to one side looks like new bushings will be needed.. kevins750
got the bushings in today...and lowered the stance just a tad.. Quote Link to comment
KlassicMotion
Looks alot like the stance I'm about to do. Is that 3 inch blocks in the rear and 2 inch drop up front? Have you noticed any issues with the lack of suspension travel? Quote Link to comment
kevins750
3 in the rear for sure, and probably 2 In the front...It is a little stiff and we have some bad roads out here....but I knew that going in.... 1 Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Nice matchbox dizzy... minus the matchbox. Going with an HEI module??? Run o the mill? Probably a '78 or newer. Has a '79 or newer dizzy on it. Also has the return line on the lower rad fitting. Odd but it should have a water cooled intake but it's sealed up. EGR add on manifold removed probably sealed up. Got W58 head on it? Quote Link to comment
kevins750
U67 head IIRC...Going with the HEI, had a thread about it answered by you earlier this month....Motor came out of a 74 like mine, obviously not the correct year but should work for me...I am not going to use the Weber it came with instead I will use the one I have..Mike, from reading other threads it seems you don't like headers...Should I remove this one and go with stock?
