shane_lxi
I'm starting to dick around with my recently acquired 510 project. The previous owner was planning to run some bubble flares and unfortunately already mangled the driver's side wheel arch and tossed the scrap. Any ideas where I can get a full replacement arch for a 2 door? Another option I suppose is to chop up one of the many extra front fenders I ended up with and try to sub that as the rear arch. The downside is I would likely have to do both to make it symmetrical as I doubt they are the exact same shape as the rears. Any suggestions? Quote Link to comment
Ranman72
you might be able to find a rear quarter replacement but could be pricey check fauto fab they were doing some reproduction sheet metal but not sure if they are doing quarter panels yet Quote Link to comment
MicroMachinery
Here in the states, most of us are so lazy that that much will make us go and look for a 510 in better shape(I know I would..). However, if you have some fab skills and access to a donor, then the sky's the limit. Quote Link to comment
hobbes_the_cat
I just chopped up a two door. It was really rusty down low but the wheel arches might be useable. Let me know if you're interested in me cutting a chunk out for ya. 1 Quote Link to comment

shane_lxi
Thanks! PM'd about the quarter panel, that would really help alot. Now I need a windshield and quarter glass and I've got most the parts I need! Quote Link to comment
thisismatt
If they're already cut, it might be a good time to put on some metal flares. Personally, I like the stock body, and maybe you do too, but there are some cool metal flared cars that have looked pretty sweet. Quote Link to comment
shane_lxi
I'm not a huge fan of flares. I will if I have to, but I'd rather not, lol. Quote Link to comment
