I know im on the internet (and anything thats on the internet is true, right?) same for print... but, seems the 68's that popup have the smaller 520 taillights. seems to be a recurring thing. facts vs evidence. I like debate and dont care about being wrong. I hate searching and finding threads that link threads that have dead links. Including the damn sticky posts.... Every 68 521 I have seen photos of had the 520 taillights except for the one beige one in Portland on craigslist, and I wonder about that one. Quote Link to comment

I like debate and dont care about being wrong. The smaller 520 tail lights were used on the 520 through '68 and 4 months into the L521 production year. The larger 521 tail lights were introduced in October '68 or 4 months into the '69 model year. Quote Link to comment
