WI 720
Awesome job working on the body work and doing to the floor boards! I've got a rusted out floor board on the driver's side. It will be a big project to tackle - especially since I don't weld. 2 Quote Link to comment
Batsun.man
Takes a little practice, I'm still not a good welder but an old guy once told me "you don't have to be good at welding, just grinding" 1 Quote Link to comment
Yedi
Nice I went with a quasi stock replacement... a early frontier floor pans.... maybe not a perfect match... but overall getting there looking nice... eventually I'll figure out how to do pictures here lol...had family that refused to just do flat pans.... hell told me not to tell anyone they did what they did cause it wasn't a perfect stock match... I'm like its 100000% better than holes to the outside lol Quote Link to comment

Oh, and stained the high beams. Easy day of working on the truck and it rides soooo much better Quote Link to comment

Justin Berni
Someone still selling the rat decals? The site Garage Bluebird had them, but the guy who runs that site, Tristin, was having some troubles with shit and stopped selling stuff on the site until he gets back on track, idk if he has started things up again or not. WI 720
I sent a PM to Scurrvy about where to get the Ratsun decal. Yeah, they look good, especially on the hood ;-) 1 Quote Link to comment

Batsun.man
Had to go back up an inch no binding anymore Quote Link to comment
wayno
You can go back down, here is how you do it, you remove the upper control arm from the driverside, grind off the lip around where the balljoint bolts to on the top, now flip it over/upside down, and put it on the passenger side, do the same thing to the passenger side upper control arm, and put it upside down on the driverside, it will not bind anymore when you lower it. Had to go back up an inch no binding anymore 2 Quote Link to comment
JoeCool
Flip the control arms...Interesting... Quote Link to comment
wayno
Flip them and put them on the other side, if you just flip them, the upper balljoint will be way to far back. Flip the control arms...Interesting... 1 Quote Link to comment
JoeCool
That's what I meant. flip them over, flip them from side to side. Quote Link to comment
Lockleaf
Wayno, that's just cool. I don't even have a 2wd and yet somehow I'm super happy to have that piece of information. Thanks :-) 1 Quote Link to comment
