Thanks j-boy love the enthusiasm, I'm checking into weight on the wheel tomorrow. If your changing over to a sports wheel, do you also need the base piece on the steering column? There is no trunk lock, and the doors are going to dablist, ask him about the door molds. I'm SOOOOOOOOOOO happy the gibberish is gone. I can do this now. Sent the e-brake to Pennsylvania, to a Porshe Specialist. Now that is Honeybee special. Who would of thought. I'll be back at ya.     All 5 dogs

Ask this smart ass computer, that won't do as it's told. But I really think it's operator error. It will be between $20 and $25 to ship depending on what all we put in the box. Ask away on the column base, never know what we might find out. The wheel itself is over 5 #'s. On may way to Seattle with trans and doors, sent my first overland pkg. thru paypal, to Pennsylvania to a Porshe Specialist. Pretty wild. He's pretty excited about his e-brake hardware.I'll be back Monday,NOT taking my dear friend Mac. Have a great weekend.      All 5 dogs

possibly looking to swap our auto in the 75 b210 for an extra 4 speed we have. based on a previously posted question by another member asking what is needed, i have copied and pasted datzenmike's response.

so my question would be, based on this reply, what do you think grandpa could find off this list and could you figure a price shipped to 95835. if you could measure the driveshaft, i can see if i can use the one we have.

thanks. (you rock by the way)

- You will need the brake and clutch peddles, possibly the complete under dash housing the holds them, the linkages and springs, bushings, clips and nuts.

- The clutch master cylinder and the push rod between it and the peddle. (might be a good idea to buy the  master new)

- The clutch slave and the rubber flex line that connects it to the body.

- A hydraulic hard line between the master and slave. (usually best to buy a pre made brake line the same length and bend it yourself.)

- A 4 or 5 speed transmission and the driveshaft  if different length than the automatic driveshaft you have. Must have the shifter and dust boot, clutch arm and dust boot, push rod between slave and clutch arm, release bearing collar (buy new release bearing)

- A flywheel

- A pilot bushing for the end of the crankshaft.

- A clutch and pressure plate. (new is good but a good used one is ok too)

well hello Huricane, just got back from Seattle delivering Honeybee parts. The driveshaft went with the transmission. That's a yes on the flywheel, I'll have Gramps and the dogs go out and check on clutch and pedals. Quite an interesting list. Now to get that steering wheel down to San Diego. Thanks again everyone for helping me get this gal out of the woods.

Thank you Graveltrapp, hope you enjoyed your adventure over to Shelton, and I did buy a round of celebration drinks, you were, from the beginning, my very first response. If it wasn't for Honeybee, I would never of known you all exsisted.  The dogs are diggin' it.

O.K. Hurricane your up next. Here we go...............gramps will get the fly wheel and clutch out the same way he did the tranny. So up she goes again. Can you imagine sitting in the woods for 25 years, and now how does she handle all this excitement? But your looking at heavy parts. When I mail J's wheel I'll ask, looking at 50#'s at least. I'll get back at ya tomorrow. Oh gramps said the master cylinder is froze up, clutch and pedals look good. I'll check on the rest of your list. Have a good day.

that sounds great. this will be a start, and we can figure out where to go from there. every little bit helps. we have a ups account here at work, so maybe we could set it up that way, we'll see. and yes, mid to upper 70's all week in early march is pretty nice B)

Hurricane YAOW ZA,  the parts your asking for are heavy, express was $219,  your lucky I don't move that fast! Priority mail came in around $50, snail mail at about $30. I'll check on UPS, I know they give a reduced rate to a storefront. As soon as it quits raining dogs and puppies the ol' gramps will start gathering your request, then I'll get back to you. So far it looks good, except for the master c. Oh yes, Graveltrapp will be dropping his 4-speed to change out to his new 5-speed, get with him if your interested. He got Honeybees driveline also. This is awesome, its like spreading joy across the country.

620> ask anyone in the forum, my picture sending skills have alot to be desired. What are you actually looking for, we already know the carb. is not a weber, what kind are you seeking? Gramps vocabulary skills have alot to be desired also. I think his answer was "It just looks like some @#$%^&* japaneese carberator.  So I think it's original of that year. But I'm more than willing to take that pic. Your not the only one that asked. Give me a day.  Me and the dogs will be back.

no rush, when you can is fine. it is a project waiting it's turn in line. actually one of the few running, so not tearing into this one until we can get another one going first.

i see sick620 is making a road/train trip down to sac to pick up a new ride next month, not too sure where your are and where he is coming through, but maybe i could talk him into bringing down a "carry-on" for me. always a good excuse to get together over datsun parts and a frosty beverage.

thanks j-boy, i see you are scouring the earth for one. we just happened to get lucky, kinda just fell into it. keep your eyes open, you'll get one.

not sure what the AMTRACK train schedule is, but either way. i don't mind $30 and waiting for it. #1 i don't need anything very quick, #2 that will be cheaper than having a bunch of ratsuners come eat and drink at my restaurant!!
