Kramer1981
My old thread was B210 front end lowering and EVERYTHING WAS COVERED, techniques, suspension theory for dummies, strut collars, strut valving, parts interchange, about the only thig not covered was airbags/hydraulics. Its long winded but read it all and find the best route for you. Lots of methods there. Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Take your time and punctuate your run on idea/info clusters into sentences so everyone can follow. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
No need to cut the springs. Get the Ground Control kit to have adjustable lowering -- then you only need to cut the strut itself (cut the spring cups off). Or buy lowering springs to fit the stock parts. You can custom order them from a spring shop (off-the-shelf lowering springs are no longer available except from King Springs in australia). Quote Link to comment
Datsun1978
I got some links to get some ground control but I feel like I might get some lowering springs better what do u think might be better? Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
King Springs will lower the car about 1". Quote Link to comment
Datsun1978
So I'm guessing ill have to go with some ground control then ! So u said to cut the cap off ? I would have to weld on the controls on right.. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
No you do not have to weld the Ground Control lower spring perch on. See Fastening Spring Seats. But you WILL have to cut the strut. Me, i'd rather cut the spring because it is safer. Your choice. We at Ratsun do it both ways. Quote Link to comment
