My old thread was B210 front end lowering and EVERYTHING WAS COVERED, techniques, suspension theory for dummies, strut collars, strut valving, parts interchange, about the only thig not covered was airbags/hydraulics. Its long winded but read it all and find the best route for you. Lots of methods there.

No need to cut the springs. Get the Ground Control kit to have adjustable lowering -- then you only need to cut the strut itself (cut the spring cups off).

Or buy lowering springs to fit the stock parts. You can custom order them from a spring shop (off-the-shelf lowering springs are no longer available except from King Springs in australia).
