skyblue Posted December 2, 2013 Author Report Share Posted December 2, 2013 got the tranny cover plate and shifter plate from ranman72 today, thanks again. no pics cause i figure everyone knows what those look like. and also scored a rear seat bottom half from shakotan710. now i just have to get the back done and i'll have a solid rear seat. hopefully the flywheel and clutch arrive sometime this week and the swap will be done next saturday. woohoo! excited! skyblue Posted December 8, 2013 Author Report Share Posted December 8, 2013 So the 5 speed swap didn't happen yesterday. Clutch didn't arrive in time. But had a productive day nonetheless. Installed stereo and light switch plug. Getting a correct knob for the left control. Love the way it looks. Also cleaned all the threads on my side draft manifold and mocked up the carb for inspiration. Oh god I can't wait to put this on. And some shop pics Also disassembled my zx struts and gave freetheoranges the old inserts. 4 Quote Link to comment
